Travel requirements vary depending on your destination. Our team will guide you through the process by advising which documents, such as vaccination records and health certificates, you need to obtain from your veterinarian, and any mandatory pre-departure tests. We handle the rest, including securing import permits and other travel-related paperwork, ensuring your pet is fully compliant with international regulations.
- Do you assist with travel documents and customs clearance for pets?
Yes, we can assist with the required documentation for pet travel, including health certificate endorsements, import/export permits, and customs clearance. In some packages, this service is already included, while in others, it’s available as an add-on. Our team will advise you based on your booking type.
- Are there any size or breed restrictions for pets?
Fly JetPets accommodates most sizes and breeds of pets, with aircraft options tailored to ensure ample space and comfort for everyone onboard. While there are no breed restrictions for pets on our flights, individual countries may have regulations prohibiting the entry of certain breeds. Our team can assist you in determining whether your pet’s breed is permitted in your destination country. Please note that we do not transport endangered or illegal species, and all pets must comply with international travel regulations.
- How many pets can I bring on board?
