We handle the rest, including securing import permits and other travel-related paperwork, ensuring your pet is fully compliant with international regulations.

Yes, we can assist with the required documentation for pet travel, including health certificate endorsements, import/export permits, and customs clearance. In some packages, this service is already included, while in others, it’s available as an add-on. Our team will advise you based on your booking type.

Fly JetPets accommodates most sizes and breeds of pets, with aircraft options tailored to ensure ample space and comfort for everyone onboard. While there are no breed restrictions for pets on our flights, individual countries may have regulations prohibiting the entry of certain breeds. Our team can assist you in determining whether your pet’s breed is permitted in your destination country. Please note that we do not transport endangered or illegal species, and all pets must comply with international travel regulations.

Once you confirm your booking, a payment is required to secure the aircraft for your travel. Payment can be made via bank transfer in the currency specified in your quote. Full payment must be received before the scheduled time of departure to confirm the flight.
